Anyone wondering what the guys at Monster Jam are crushing these days? Funny because about the only thing that had changed in the 20 years since I had been was the cars they smash were more roundy. Good time for the son and I and would recommend to anyone that can tolerate the noise as its truely a kid friendly automotive event. Its a good way to start turning your kid into a gear head and who doesn't want that?

It's been too long since I've been to a monster truck show. Last I remember going to one, I was annoyed because it seemed like there was more intermissions that didn't involve the trucks.

I wonder if the old titans like Bigfoot, Overkill and Snakebite are still around.

I remember the one that I went to. Everyone in my section got pretty pissed that the freestyle judges wen't by the loudness of the audience instead of their real opinions. One guy was so obviously the best, and then Grave Digger landed upside-down on its first jump, so naturally everyone went crazy and it ended up receiving a higher score.

But yes, I completely agree. Monster Jam and Supercross are the most exciting indoor events period.

We took my son to one a few years back, and if you can see where the plastic stops, we were a row back from there. I got hit with a rock when Gravedigger went into a spin! But you will regret not bringing earplugs.
